I asked for an 8 piece meal, was told that was also too big, but was told I could order multiple 4 piece meals. ???????

I tried to visit this KFC four times. Once, I waited 30 minutes with a broken intercom system. When I finally got to the window, they were out of coleslaw and b... read more I tried to visit this KFC four times. Once, I waited 30 minutes with a broken intercom system. When I finally got to the window, they were out of coleslaw and biscuits. Another time, they had run out of chicken! The two times I did get food, it was cold and stale after a long wait. I won’t be coming back!

If the fryers are turned off early, perhaps they should be turned back on. The lady working the drive-thru was incredibly sweet, but the district manager seemed clueless. This happened just 45 minutes before closing.

The level of unprofessionalism is shocking, the portion sizes are ridiculous, and the mashed potatoes are served without any gravy. It's hard to understand how there are more than six staff members working, yet so many things are still done incorrectly!
