Nous étions en visite dans la ville de Mayenne. A la recherche d'un restaurant pour midi nous sommes entrés dans le Continent. Très bonne brasserie, prix très correct. Personnel très agréable et très attentif aux clients. Je recommande cette adresse View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Le Continental:
Infecte nous avons réglé en fonction de ce que nous avons mangé , c est a dire très peu, service très long, salade terre et mer , saumon aucun goût,crevettes moles, gésiers, lardons carbonisés, ,assiettes retournées,changement de plat ,un hamburger steak congelé, salade cuite et comme rondelle de tomate le talon, donc cuisine de plats congelés mais surtout de mauvaise qualité, malgré une serveuse très aimable, View all feedback.
Stopped here on our way back to Roscoff to grab a quick bite and 13:50. Although the waitress seemed happy to serve us the chap behind the bar (assume owner or manager) said they were no longer serving food and would not even get us a sandwich. They then proceeeded to charge £10 for two small bottles of water. GIve this place a miss, there are plenty of lovely freindly places all over France but this is not one of them.
Just what you'd expect off the tourist trail in continental Europe. We picked the first bistro we found on a Saturday night in December. Great food, great service, great prices. I recommend this place.
Staying in Mayenne overnight our Hotel restaurant was not open so the Hotel reception recommended that we should try the Le Continental (actually the La Conti) 500 yards from our Hotel we found the place friendly, popular, and good value for money. Food was very good, drink was inexpensive. Certainly worth the visit.
En route and popped into this charming town and discovered this great little restaurant. Staff excellent, food good and real old French charm sadly missing these days! Great church and chateau and riverside views. Parking easy in square but pop in at Carrefour Express to get parking disc ....you can use throughout France ...thank you to a local woman who gave us the advice!
Petit dépannage du midi en plein centre de Mayenne. Burger et omelette corrects pour un midi. Rien d'exceptionnel mais pas d'arnaque non plus !
