My boyfriend and I came here tonight for our 1 year as we came here for our first Valentine’s Day last year. Constantly talking about this place to people, always highly recommend. Food is superb!! Can’t wait to come back!! Also a massive thank you to Ruby g and the other lovely waitress servicing us tonight! Paid for the all you could eat which only allows you to order more dishes once you’ve finished previous plate and I understand why that is in place, but ordered... read more Paid for the all you could eat which only allows you to order more dishes once you’ve finished previous plate and I understand why that is in place, but ordered my first dish and it was truly awful. Asked if I could change it as I’d only had one bite and was told they would take it back and add more spice/sauce to it and I would have to finish that before ordering anymore. I was furious and refused to eat it. Charged £32 for the all you could eat and ate nothing because they just didn’t have the understanding of customer service, it’s all about the cash and you can sense it! Worst food and worst experience. I will never go back there. Any other restaurant would take away a dish you didn’t want and offer you something else! That would be the decent thing to do. Or at least take it off my bill!!
