ONLiNE, it says that this location is closed or that they close at 11pm That may be for the dine in area.. but I’ve been eating here at 130 am after work. They’re open 24/7. Not having the right business hours could hurt the amount of sales you guys could be making. Just good for thought.. other than that they’ve always gotten our order right I prefer eating here over my home town location. Service: Take out
The restaurant manager is an extremely racist person. She openly makes racist remarks about people in the restaurant and allows the other employees to do the same. She also promises to pay employees a certain wage and then “forgets” and puts in the hourly wage several dollars lower than the agreed amount. If you aren’t white, the employees are allowed, and apparently encouraged, to be rude or ignore you completely. I’ve witnessed this first hand, and when I filed a complaint to Love’s HR department I was retaliated against with a shortened paycheck. Unfortunate experience, but a lesson learned.
