Without a single word about it, the cashier... read more We ordered two 5 meal deals--chicken sandwiches, plus a Happy Meal. For drinks, my husband got a coke and I got tea. Without a single word about it, the cashier put a 1.58 upcharge on the bill for my tea! I would have happily chosen a Coke, if I had known. That was a really bad practice on McDonald's part! Looking over the bill, I can see that my 4-year-old grandchild, who ordered milk, also had an upcharge of .50!! We have enjoyed the 5 meal deals many times. No more! I'm really disappointed that McDonald's is this nitpicky. My oatmeal was watered down so bad I actually drank it from the container and it was cold. The order was wrong they charged us $1 for one breakfast burrito and charged us $2.99 for another breakfast burrito. Yelling at them by name i... read more The older white headed lady working the front inside needs to learn a thing or two about how to speak to both customers and employees. Yelling at them by name in front of customers and then speaking to customers like we’re idiots for asking for sauces is uncalled for.. Then blaming everything on “the younger kids” for giving out 28 cent sauces for “free” is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I didn’t need to know that McDonald’s has been charging for sauces for a few years now, and that she knows the young kids hand them out at night for free but she doesn’t do that. I don’t mind paying. Just say “hey they are 28 cents, you can pay for them and I’ll give them to you” would’ve worked a lot better. No need to demean others.
