Sitting Duck Lunchbar And Takeaway

My husband and I stopped at this restaurant on our way back to Auckland. Our first visit was excellent! We were warmly greeted, and the fish, chips, and toasted sandwich were superb. The milkshakes were thin, unlike the thick shakes you find elsewhere. We enjoyed the food so much that we knew we had to stop there again on our way back. On our second visit, we were once again warmly greeted. We ordered a toasted sandwich, scallops, crab sticks, chips, and a couple of milkshakes. The food was so delicious that halfway through the meal, I wanted to take a photo and write a review to express how tasty everything was. I can only say one more thing - I can't wait for our next visit. Keep up the great work!

All the food is really good! Really Yummy Fish burgers.. The Sea Dog! Hamburger if you take the lettuce out.. Tastes terrible chewy folded 2 or 3 times its like the outer picess of an ice berg lettuce. Other than that Good Burger.. Kids I eat here often, Nice Clean friendly staff.. The kids also love to try there luck on the claw machine ball machine while we wait

Under new management since Christmas 2022 last I heard. We enjoyed their food years ago and decided to try them once again to which they did not disappoint! The fresh fish homemade batter was tasty and light, the burger not too packed like other places. They were also super fast with our order, considering how busy it looked. It's great to have a takeout shop open on the weekend, and one with clean and light oil so the flavours come through. My Dad is sensitive to a lot of foods these days so it was great that he could enjoy food from here. From a new regular customer
