The fries were particularly outstanding. The fish was lightly battered teriyaki, delicate, and tasted incredibly fresh from the ocean. It was truly delicious!

The staff had ar... read more We had a fantastic experience at The Dune Mangawhai. The service was exceptional, and we felt well taken care of from the moment we stepped in. The staff had arranged for us to sit next to the fire, which kept us warm in the chilly 12-degree weather. The food was absolutely delicious, and the manager and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend The Dune Mangawhai to my friends and family.

The food is of high quality; it might be slightly pricier than anticipated, but it's not outrageous. The service is exceptional, and we loved the intimate, relaxed atmosphere. They also offer great vegan options, along with gluten-free and dairy-free dishes. Highly recommended!
