Leaving this 5 star review because the young lady, Emma, who was working the drive thru was absolutely AMAZING! That's what customer service is all about. She was so sweet and had great energy. What Ashley doesn't like about Wendy's:
This is the 2nd food chain in Maumelle that in less than 3 weeks I’ve seen workers handle food with no gloves. I saw a girl worker with a red jacket put chicken nuggets in the holder with her bare hands and then go over to the coke machine and start making drinks. This is just nasty. I go for the spicy chicken sandwich!! Great sandwich, and I don't have to pull up and wait. At this location, it's always hot and ready.
This place is trash. They are slow, the food is always lukewarm to cold. It’s 8:00 at night and they have no menu lights.
We had 4 mobile orders for drive thru pickup and they were super quick despite them having problems with the register, well done yall!
Just look at the pic. Almost $4 for a baconator fry and it's just cold fries with like a squirt of cheese and a piece of bacon. Total rip off. Make sure you check everything you order before leaving the property
They have some really good deals on the app. I got a Dave's single burger, drink, and 6 Nuggets for $2.87
