I ordered a lunch combo and was told that it would be a 6 minute wait and that it would be brought to me. 30+ minutes later and no pizza. I watched others receive their order, even parked orders, but I never received mine until I walked in. AND they acted like they forgot about my order. Meh...Not expecting much but the pizza has been under cooked the last 6 or so
Usually I would have high marks on the service here but recently this past December 2023 and January 2024 I have noticed a huge decline service. The drive thru this time was horrible. I usually go inside but this time my Grandmother in-law was driving and she went through the drive-thru and it took about 10 minutes or more of us just listening to the workers over the speaker box having themselves a good ol time and couldn't hear us asking over and over if we can take our order now. When someone FINALLY responded he was not at all interested in anything we had to say so he kept having us to repeat ourselves each time after he was done socializing with the other crew members, so we just pulled around thinking if we gave him our order face to face he would be more inclined to pay attention....this was not the case. Every item we asked for he repeated back the wrong item. Then informs us that they only had pepperoni hot and ready and it would be a 30min wait (it's usually a 15min wait if it's not hot and ready so we tell him we will wait and come back to pick up. Not only was the pizza sloppy and all sauce when I asked for light sauce he gave us crazy bread instead of the Italian cheese bread which we paid for (more and ended up getting the plain less expensive bread for the price of the cheese bread. I was truly disappointed.
I ordered and paid for two pizzas, crazy bread, and two garlic butter dips online through the app. I requested it be ready by 2:00 pm and it was 1:30 pm. My husband arrived to pick up the order in the drive thru. He told them he was there to pick it up and drove up to the window. After waiting for while, he had to call the phone to get them to the window. The employee said your order is almost done. When he got the order he asked for our garlic butter and they told him it was in the crust. They finally gave him the garlic butter dips, but insisted he pay for it. He drove off because he knew I had already paid for everything and had confirmed what I ordered before getting there. I know it was only $1.00 but it bothers me that the employees didn’t check the ticket and just insisted on my husband paying. We won’t be back with that kind of service.
Me and my child literally just threw up from eating the food I definitely will be calling corporate and the health department in the
