Food is better quality than fast food and still just as quick. Fries are always fresh, good and plenty. Ice cream is always a good cold go to treat after lunch or dinner. I've been to many locations and service is always friendly and top notch.

Reheated OLD fries, gross salad, ranch=1/2 cup. SO disappointed-my fav fries salad placeSee pic: lettuce broccoli brown, dead greasy fries.

The food is decent but the customer service is horrible. I always feel like I’m ordering food from the 1960s and I don’t mean that in a good way. I ordered food today and the guy at the window did not greet me, smile, say come again or anything matter of fact. This isn’t the first time that has happened at this location the last time it was a girl. It is 2024 why are we still acting like black people are aliens. And my fries were not fresh. If you don’t want to greet people or talk then go to the back and cut fries or flip some burgers. I will not be eating from this location again. I wish all customer service could be like chi fil a and Starbucks.
