Every time you go through the drive thru, they make you wait at the speaker for 10 minutes, then when you get to the window, they make you pull over so they can bring it out to you. Expect a 20 min wait time. They do this to make their poor service look better. On top of that, they are going to get it wrong. I'm done going to this location.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment following a very unfortunate visit to your location at 914 Conant St, Maumee, OH. Given that this store has recently undergone renovations, one would expect that the staff would have ample time for training and that the operation would run smoothly upon reopening. Unfortunately, it seems that corporate oversight has fallen short. Our experience was marred from the start with a drive-thru order that faced significant delays. The order pickup area was congested, with vehicles backed up at least five deep in a space designed for only two. This clearly indicates another oversight on corporate's part. The cashier insisted we pull forward to clear the window, despite the obvious fact that there was nowhere for us to go due to the gridlock stemming from their inefficiency. When our order finally arrived, it was handed off carelessly, without any explanation or acknowledgment. I even asked if the order was correct, but received no response. Proper verification of orders is a common practice in the restaurant industry, essential for ensuring customer satisfaction, and this instance failed miserably on both counts. Upon arriving home, we discovered that our order was incorrect. We had ordered a Classic Chicken Combo and a Spicy Chicken Combo, but instead received a plain, unadorned Spicy Chicken Combo along with a sweetened iced tea—an option we were never given—and an undressed cheeseburger combo that we did not order. To top it off, we were overcharged and did not receive a receipt for proof of our transaction. It’s truly disheartening to see a Wendy's—once known for its commitment to quality in every aspect—fall so far below those standards. Worst Wendy's ever!!!! After placing my order and paying waited 20 mins before food was brought to my car. Not only did I get the wrong order one or two times but three before I was asked what my order was then after telling them I was told they were out of bacon mind you everything I ordered had bacon. So after waiting 45 mins watching everyone go by I go to the window to see what is going on because this whole time I have a crying 5 year old crying about her food. Well finally got half of my food I order and just got out of there. And will never go back !!
