What User doesn't like about The Bourbon Barrel Room:
This restaurant is usually pretty good, but not this time. The signature dish, onion soup, was served in a hot bowl straight from the oven, but the soup itself was only lukewarm. The waitress also made a mistake with the beer order. The chicken chunks were average, served with only two skinny 3-inch pieces of celery. The restaurant was very busy and they seemed to be overwhelmed. View all feedback.
The restaurant offered a variety of food and drink options. The establishment was clean and well-kept, with multiple televisions for watching sports. The standout of the experience was the server, Katie, who was exceptionally friendly and efficient. It was evident why she was a server trainer based on her excellent service. I would highly recommend dining at this restaurant.
I rate them a 4 for their excellent customer service and genuine care. Their response was quick, friendly, and very satisfying.
The restaurant has a great sports theme atmosphere. The food is fantastic, especially the hot oil pizza - it's the best I've ever had. From appetizers to the variety of dishes, this place really delivers.
I would recommend beer barrel in maumee at the mall falling Timbers they have good food and burgers will definitely come back
This is my go to spot when I am in Maumee visiting for work. I have yet to have a bad experience. Always friendly staff, friendly environment and solid food.
