What T Town Britt doesn't like about Dunkin Donuts:
Went through the drive thru and when they handed me my hot coffee the lid was not secured, HOT coffee spilled all over my hand!!!! Agony! Got a weak apology, no offer to pay for anything. Very unsatisfactory customer service!!!! View all feedback.
Didn't have a type donut I've typically gotten from DD for years so I had to choose a different kind the service was friendly and fast.
I just went to order a latte and it was like 10 minutes before they closed and they told me they couldn’t make my latte because all of the espresso machines were already cleaned because they’re closing soon. Offered me frozen beverages instead of my hot latte that I requested.

Coffee and donuts are the bomb, but the staff needs mucho help!
It's an okay place for donuts. I still prefer a certain Canadian chain, but others who live with me prefer Dunkin's cake donuts. I do have to admit, when I am in the mood for a blueberry donut they are the best now that there is no Giant Eagle in our area which made the very best blueberry donuts.
