Was Ilene Shields at Arby's a mag?
I got through the line quickly. Customer service was friendly! My order was correct. While I don't prefer to sit in the parking lot and eat my food because the dining room is closed, that seems to be par for the course for now. This restaurant gets five stars from me. View all feedback.

I was very disappointed with my order. I got a cheddar beef sandwich, but there was no cheese or sauce on it. It felt like a waste of money, and I definitely won’t be coming back! The sandwich was dry, and I’ll probably just throw it away instead of trying to eat it. View all feedback.
I have been eating here practically everyday on a consistent basis for the last several years.
Drove 20 minutes to grab lunchOrdered the French dip sandwich and drove 20 minutes back homeI got the sandwich and NO au jus.
The beef and cheese on the sandwich were ok, but the heavily processed bun was a joke.
Honestly a little expensive for the food quality, seems to have declined since COVID was one of my favorite places till recently.
Why are you jacking up your prices, but not offering any of the special sauces.? Bread on my slider is hard. Didn't have a full container of fries. Garbage sooo expensive.
