I had ordered two six-finger plates, two funnel cakes, and some... read more I ordered online at 5:16 PM, but for some reason, I was told my order would be ready by 6:30 PM. I had ordered two six-finger plates, two funnel cakes, and some drinks. My son arrived to pick it up at 6:30 PM, and everything was cold, with the ice in the drinks already melted. I suspect that my order was ready well before the 6:30 PM time, but no one notified me via email that it was ready. This was the first time I experienced poor service here, and I'm uncertain if I will order from this place again.

I order 1 hour in advance usually.I tell them when I arrive in a parking spot. And they send me an email that says success. 10 minutes later, I walked in and my food sitting on the counter. No one ever brings it out lol. FIX YOUR PROCESS!

The coleslaw is really good, and the thick-cut toast grilled to perfection is wonderfully simple yet delicious. Just writing this review is making me crave more! Someone else ordered the buffalo finger foods (sweet and spicy) with blue cheese dip, and they were incredible as well. Everything was so tasty!

I w... read more The order was correct as expected. The issue I had during this visit was the employee's caterer to the drive-thru and the different food delivery companies. I was the only person inside because the drive-thru was too long. Being first inside, was a wait well over 30 minutes. You would think a person inside would be given some type of order resolution. I counted 12 orders that went out to the drive-thru before we received our food. Knowing our order was placed well before the customers in the drive-thru was not a positive experience.
