Had an uber eats pick up for 3 sweet tea's. I had to cancel the order because no one acknowledge that I was there. The associate walked to the front to help two other customers but not once did she see if I needed help. Also she was rude to the other customers. Do better. The Augusta Rd location is far more better.
The breakfast staff is fantastic, but I can't say the same for the rest of the day. Even when I use DoorDash, they often get my orders wrong. I've decided to only order from them for breakfast now.
This McDonald's make Mauldin look real bad!!! Shut it down!! Opens at 4am. Myself and 3 other cars pull up at 6:20am. No service. We are all currently at Hardee's. Management sucks and it's very unorganized at McDonald's. Can't keep good help because of management. GHETTO AND RUDE
