I received stale cookies, and the staff attempted to refund me only half of my money. The woman seemed unsure about how to process a refund, even calling her boss at home for assistance. It's frustrating—if you served me old food, just give me back the full amount I paid.
This sub shop is excellent. My only concern is that the prices have become quite high. Additionally, they do not accept coupons.
I've come here a couple times in the past but today my white bread was noticably chewier, kind of unpleasant but overall my sandwich was good.
