Located in a busy neighborhood, this fast-food outpost struggles with repeated order mistakes, slow and inconsistent service, and frequent rude or inattentive staff — with reports of cold food and even payment mishandling. Customers often receive wrong sides, missing utensils and long waits while employees chat; early closing and poor parking add to the frustration. Unless management improves accuracy, speed and staff training, it’s a risky choice for time-sensitive or picky diners.

My food was cold we had to wait to get the food no nothing to eat with no hot sauce ketchup napkin but the guy in the drive thru was cute.
Why is it so difficult to order four piece Supremes on their own and a Pepsi without ice? When I made the request, I was met with confusion and silence.
My experience here was so bad I never in my life call corporate but I had to this time. Never been so mistreated in my life at an establishment but the young lady they had working at this drive thru on 3/1/24 1:05 p.m. need to find another job cause this definitely not for her. Make a long story short she had the audacity to put my debit card INSIDE MY BOX OF FOOD! I repeat not on the outside but INSIDE! And plus never told me she put it in there. I was looking around and searching wandering why she didn't give me my debit card back until I look to make sure I had my food correct. And it wasn't correct but I let that slide. She kept walking away and slamming the window like I was bothering her by placing an order here. So I waited patiently until she seen I wasn't moving my car and ask her nicely may I have my receipt. Nevertheless will NOT EVER RETURN TO BOJANGLES period!!!! And for anyone else that have issues at this Bojangles call the customer service number to report it.
Rude staff, food is cold and they just throw the food in the bag not caring and it dumps all in the bag
