I have been a loyal customer for many years. The past several months I’ve been surprised with your poor service. I stopped by a few weeks ago at 4:58 and the door was locked with employees inside looking at me. Tonight I made a point of stopping by earlier in case the employees wanted to run out of there before the 5 o’clock closing time.
