Cashier eating with her fingers with back to customer counter. No acknowledgement of the customer ?me?. I said excuse me and she whipped around rolling her eyes, huffing and slamming down her food!! Other staff person stocking said he?d help me to her. No respect and no excuse!. Won?t be going there anymore. They need to fire her. I?m sure the owner of the store wouldn?t be happy. Clean shops friendly service. Most important fresh coffee.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Coffee always fresh and wide selection of creamers.

TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN. The majority of the staff needs training! They don 't know products that aren 't barcoded, they don 't understand how to clear the menus off your touch screen coffee machines. I was there this week, you have a new very young girl there that should NOT be on register. I 'm constantly rung up wrong and now shorted $5 from my change. All you get is blank stares and sorry I don 't know never a manager on duty. I get places are hard up for staff that doesn 't mean
