Wendy's - Matthews

I politely asked the staff member if they could add some vanilla to make up for it. I was not upset, but I could sense that she was a bit annoyed. I realize that I had a large order (two large and two small Frostys) and that Frostys are a popular item, but I felt justified in asking them to fix the half-filled cup since I had paid for a full one. Aside from that small issue, everything went fine. I should mention that I don’t usually eat at Wendy's, only stopping in occasionally for Frostys, but I was willing to go out of my way for this location because the one near my home is terrible. The long line wrapped around the building shows that they are popular, and I know they are dealing with staff shortages and product shortages. I took all of this into account and appreciated their efforts. I also understand that it was a bit late (around 9:35 PM) when I arrived after being turned away from another location at 9 PM because they claimed they had no Frostys left. Apart from my minor concern about the Frosty size—more about principles than anything else—everything was fine. Moving forward, I think I will choose the Matthews location instead, as they treat their customers better and provide superior service.

A family of five ordered five $4 meal deals. The sandwiches were decent, but we received cold fries and extremely dry, crunchy chicken nuggets. The dining room was also closed; however, the star rating reflects the quality and taste of the food only.

Wow, in times like these, Wendy's really stands out for its customer service! Despite the long line, the food was hot, delicious, and accurate. I didn't have to deal with any issues from the loudspeaker, and I was only in line for about 6 minutes. Whoever manages that location is doing an amazing job! It’s probably the best fast food restaurant on this strip. P.S. The burger was perfect!

By the drive thru. eating was right and good. it was only annoyed that no one wore a mask, nor gloves that had to do with our and other food because of this pandemic.

The food is always fresh and the staff are exceptional. Even with the current pandemic, their treatment of customers makes for a pleasurable dining experience. Thank you!
