Twice in a row they have messed up my breakfast order. I can overlook minor things, but flat out missing multiple sandwiches each time I go. The guy at the cashier window in the drive thru seems miserable with the job. Horrible experiences and a waste of my money multiple times. Edit: went a 3rd time (idk why) and SCREWED UP AGAIN
Wow in a time like this Wendy’s of all places is holding up that customer service I mean long line for a reason there stuff is hot and good and correct no attitude at the speaker and I was literally in the line for 6 mins whoever is running that place you are doing an Amazing job !!! Probably the best fast food restaurant on that strip!! Ps the bun was perfect
TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE food, and TERRIBLE experience! The person who took our order seemed annoyed and like we were interrupting her day. The wait wasn’t unusually long but when we arrived at the window, we were handed 3 of our 4 drinks and they were not correct. When we asked for the fourth drink, we received so much attitude. When that drink was not correct, we decided better not to bother the employees any further since we did not have our food yet. I would like to say that all w
The cashier that waited on me had little to no customer service skills! She never said hi. I had to ask her for ketchup 3 times. When she finally gave me the ketchup she rolled her eyes at me like I was bothering her. I just don't understand why these people work at a fast food place if you don't want to wait on customers!!! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It was horrible! It was cold and the egg looked like it fell on the floor then they wiped it in dirt and then put it on my biscuit.
Taking a ridiculously long road trip and finally got to the hotel after a full day of driving, everyone is frustrated and tired and just wants food before we go to bed. I drop everyone off, get back in the car to drive over, and surprise, they're closed 2.5hrs earlier than what's posted online. I'm hangry but thank goodness I wasn't having an issue with blood-sugar or something. Listing correct hours online is such a small thing and it can make such a big difference.
