Unfortunately, on this occasion when I brought people who had never been there, the experience did not go well. It took an excessive amount of time to receive our food, and when my order finally arrived, it was not prepared as requested. I had asked for cold meat with no toppings and fries without salt, but received hot meat with cheese and salted fries instead. I returned the sandwich and had to wait an additional 13 minutes for a replacement. It should not have been difficult to put meat on a hard roll, but the bottom of the roll was extremely hard. On a positive note, the other sandwiches were enjoyable. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience today. In terms of wheelchair accessibility, entering with a wheelchair was easy and the staff made seating comfortable.
