Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. However, the sandwich artist was a bit stingy with the vegetables, and the service was slower than expected.
Unfortunately, this location does not accept the coupons put out in mailers. Bummer.
It seemed to be a new Subway location. We planned to use a coupon, but were informed right away that they weren't accepting coupons that day. There was no explanation given, which made me think the employee might not have known how to process them. His reaction when he saw the coupon in my hand was quite displeased, evident from his facial expression and tone, which felt a bit irritating. As for vegetarian options, they offer a wide variety of vegetables along with many different types of bread. Parking is ample, as the restaurant is situated in a small strip mall. In terms of accessibility, the front entrance features double doors and a ramp nearby, making it wheelchair-friendly.
The person at the counter was not suited for the service industry. She was quite rude and unwelcoming. While the owner is a nice guy, I can't say the same for the staff. I won't be returning.
