The Crispy Brussel Sprouts paired well with the Jalapeno Burger and the Westbrook White Thai Witbier. Its a nice atmosphere inside, they have a bar, and you can sit outside.

I recommend this restaurant overall, though there are a few a... read more This was our first visit to Jekyll And Hyde Taphouse Grill, and we will definitely be coming back. I recommend this restaurant overall, though there are a few areas that could be improved. Our group of four tried several dishes—the Bourbon Bacon Burger, French Onion Soup, a salad, and a grilled cheese—and everything was delicious. Our drinks were refilled promptly, and the waitress was friendly and attentive. One drawback was that our food arrived at different times, with the burger coming out about 10 minutes after the other meals. The restaurant was moderately busy, and while the front-of-house staff seemed adequate, it appeared the kitchen might have been a bit short-handed. The interior was clean and attractively decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Conveniently located in downtown Matthews, the restaurant offers plenty of parking and easy access.

We wer... read more I have nothing but praise for Jekyll And Hyde Taphouse Grill. Our server, Cody, was exceptional—patient, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to be around. We were a group of ten women, nine of whom enjoyed several drinks, and Cody was incredibly accommodating throughout, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for him by name when you visit. The menu was outstanding, and the food did not disappoint—especially the pimento cheese balls, which are an absolute must-try!

Friendly host and bartender, and great food. Bar was a bit small compared to most, but there were plenty of other seating options (outdoor too). The staff went all out for Halloween decorations and customizing their drink menu, which Ithought was super cool. I had a Bourbon-Bacon Burger with a Swamp Thing cocktail. Only thing to note was that the fries were abit over-seasoned, imo. Otherwise great food. I’ll be back for sure.

The potatoes that come with it are great! Maria was a great server!! She kept our craft drafts full. They were out of budlite (for one of us). Very neat local place.
