Qdoba Mexican Eats - Matthews

As someone who goes a lot to this place, I noticed that the staff there really stingy with the portions. I work for another place and understand all the rules. They do not follow the rules and give almost half of the expected pots of things like rice and beans. At the end of the day it will be thrown out anyway, so why deny normal proportions of people?

Out of the feature protein and counter help that wanted to help. Follow-up... Went back and had a much better experience. A different person was behind the counter and was much more helpful. After the above review I was contacted by Qdoba and was offered what I presumed would have been a coupon of some sort but I declined/did not respond.

Honestly just all around disappointing service. I ordered my family 2 bowls, tacos, and a kids meal. When i arrived home (an 8 minute drive) my chicken was cold, like straight out of the fridge cold, while the rice and beans were still steaming. I immediately called the store to ask if it was even edible, a very nice young man assured me it was but when I asked for a refund he put me on to a manager and she was extremely rude and assured me it was the short drive home which caused the chicken to feel almost frozen. She wouldn?t offer me a refund but told me if it?s such a short drive then I can drive it and get new food. While employees are hard to find in this past year, Qdoba could have at least done some interviews when promoted her. Typically love this Qdoba but recent events have led me to leave this review.

Consistently good food and good service. I like that you pay one price and get what you want?not a place of ?that?ll cost extra?. I keep coming back. ?

I ordered 2 double protein chicken bowls and 1 plate tacos. When we opened the bowls we realized they didn?t give any guacamole or 2 servings of chicken. I called the store to tell them that they had forgotten and they might want to be careful next time. First they tell me no we make many bowls we exactly know what is suppose to go in what. I told I wanted to let you guys know that you forgot stuff , if you want I can send you photos. He told fine send and hung up. I don?t know where to send it. I know people are overworked and all that. But that doesn?t mean customer is always wrong and you need to treat them rudely. You are working and if you do something wrong you will get feedback. You cant snap for that.
