I frequent this restaurant often and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and polite, the service is quick and efficient, and orders are always accurate. I have tried over and over to give this location my business but for some reason due to their terrible service they don't want it. Wrong orders, long waits for a coffee when the store is nearly empty. People that came in after you (2 3 deep) are getting their orders before I do. I frequent this restaurant often and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and polite, the service is quick and efficient, and orders are always accurate. The restaurant has ample indoor seating as well as some nice outdoor tables, chairs, and benches in a charming courtyard. They offer the typical Dunkin' menu items like doughnuts, hot breakfast sandwiches, muffins, bagels, and excellent coffee. The restaurant is well-maintained and even has a Baskin Robbins inside. There is plenty of parking right in front with a spacious lot. The restaurant is easily visible from the main roads and is convenient to access. There is no drive-through at this location, so it can get quite busy in the mornings, especially on weekends. Overall, it's always a pleasant visit and experience.
My favorite items at this restaurant are the Coffee Cake Muffins and Vanilla Bean Coolattas. The service is usually fast, depending on how busy they are. The employees who have taken my orders have always been friendly and have never made a mistake with my order.
I wish I could give him a zero. Honestly, the worst customer service anywhere in Charlotte. It's been a long time, not just one of Karen. There is always a lack of product availability. I have never left a 1-star review on Google or open table. If there was a video about exactly what does not do in the customer service industry, this place should be the place to film. Don't disappoint!

I will be traveling to the Independence location which has the drive thru (15 minute drive vs. my around the corner Matthews location).
I was walking in as somebody was walking out, I was not greeted. I also stood there for 9 minutes before they even attempted to help( if that?s what they call it). The lady behind the register didn?t even ask what I want. She just looked at me. I also said ?hello, how are you?? She responded ?fine? with a nasty attitude. I walked out without purchasing anything. A first impression is everything and that was not a good one, I will never give this location my business. To Starbucks I go.
