I have worked for many years at the Stone Ridge Inn, and I have always had a fantastic culinary experience. The owner, Bucky, and the chef, Linda, were consistently incredible. I would gladly work there again in a heartbeat! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Stone Ridge Inn:
For a Friday night, it’s not overly crowded with around 40 to 50 people. The dining area is small, and the tables are covered with vinyl tablecloths that looked clean but felt sticky. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The menu offered a decent selection, but there were no craft beer options available. I made a reservation for seven on a Friday night, but it turned out to be unnecessary. The dining area is small, accommodating about 40 to 50 people. The tables are covered in vinyl tablecloths that looked clean, but felt sticky and tacky. The staff was friendly and attentive. The menu was decent, but I was disappointed to find that there were no draft beers available. I ordered the NY Strip steak, and while it was okay, it didn't justify the $23+ price tag—more like a $16 value. The side portions were quite small, though the salads were nice and well-prepared.
My husband ordered the strip steak, I opted for the filet mignon, and my son had chicken Alfredo. Everything was incredible! Just like my dad used to do, we even tipped the chef! We were a bit hesitant to return since we weren't very satisfied a few years ago, but I'm so glad we gave it another try. It was fantastic!
