Amazing experience, not even counting the food itself, a must for sure

This was probably the best experience we had dining in Matsumoto. People were pleasently suprised to have foreigners come into the Teriyaki restaurant. They didn’t have an English Menu, but the staff as well as the locals helped us order some very tasty Teriyaki. We took an 8 course menu which were great. Once we saw the “Liver” Teriyaki next to us, we had to try it and we recommend it as well! Great place, great food, price is worth it.

I have no words to describe our experience here. There is no need for language when there is such a clear devotion to chicken! We went for the whole omakase menu and had no regrets whatsoever just finger licking good food. Starting with barely cooked chicken (we were concerned, but honestly once mixed in with wasabi and other flavours its no different to good sashimi or steak tartare, and completely safe to eat) to chicken wings, through chicken tails, neck, fried chicken, minced chicken stekwers and etc. All with the blessing of soy sauce and a delicious garlic/green onion paste, I (and my partner too) was in chicken heaven. Staff are friendly and up for a bit of cross language banter. A definite pit stop for any chicken lover!
