Very much a hidden jewel prepared a creative tasting super and at a shocking reasonable price. The local ingredients are delicious and as you would expect for French inspired cuisine, the sauces ably show the depth of cook skill. I encourage every visitor of Matsumoto to stay in the Mannacktable for dinner in the evening.

This place deserves much more credit than given. The cook only went on holiday to France and only studied French cuisine through books and studies. Knowing that his skills are only striking. Fine ingredients selected or selected by the cook, bold associations, careful presentation, impeccable spices: Mannacktable deserves a bigger place on the map!

ランチコースを楽しみましたが、見た目が美しく、地元の食材が丁寧に調理されています。料理に関する説明がありましたが、すべての名前を覚えるのは難しかったです。

五感で楽しめる創作レストラン。 様々な質感や風味を感じながら、遊び心のあるプレゼンテーションと食の行為は、従来の食の概念を破壊する可能性があります。 食材の痕跡や、結婚の複雑な味を発見しながらゆっくりと楽しめます。 ウサギ、角、松本にこんなお店が現れていると正直に嬉しいです。 レディース、紳士、お出かけください。

ランチで伺いました。はっきり言って何もかも美味しかったです。地元の旬の食材を使い、フレンチですがそれにとらわれない自由な発想、味でした。安曇野の甘いトウモロコシのコーンスープ、松本のスイカを使ったサルサクルダっぽい魚の付け合わせは絶品でした。 肉、魚両方いただけるコースでしたがこれで5600円は安い！量もちょうどよく、女性でも食べきれます。ランチなら絶対このコースがオススメです。 次のシーズンにはまた絶対伺います。
