You can also experience cooking as the head chef at this restaurant. It gets crowded with many customers on weekends, but the turnover rate is good, so you can usually be seated within 10-20 minutes of arriving. View all feedback.
I arrived at 7 pm on a weekday and there were 3 groups ahead of me in line. They seated me in a tatami room, perfect for my 1-year-old. They had high chairs available, but no kids menu. Despite being busy, the drinks came quickly! I love garlic dumplings and they came out almost immediately! I was satisfied with the delicious dumplings and Tianjin fried rice.
We ordered two servings of garlic-free dumplings. There seemed to be a mistake on the restaurant's side as an employee came to apologize saying "Sorry for the delay." It didn't bother us too much that we had to wait for about 20 minutes because we were told that the garlic-free dumplings cannot be made with other dumplings at other stores. The garlic-free dumplings were hot and delicious, and we enjoyed them. At the time of payment, the manager personally came to apologize saying "I'm sorry for the delay in serving the dumplings." Although I hurriedly said "It's okay" as other customers were waiting, I should have expressed my gratitude and apologized as well.
The taste is consistently delicious. This time, I tried the new garlic-heavy Gyoza menu, which was still a modest amount. It was delicious.

Regarding the gyoza at Ohsho, they were good but the fried chicken here is crispy, juicy, and tasty. The taste is solid and satisfying, with an added bonus of three knödel. (Laughs)
