This was a brilliant choice as we enjoyed our time at Itasan very much: all the food was super good but we want to also emphasize that the service we received by the chef and assistant Yosuke was extremely pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we decided to have dinner at Itasan also for our second and last night in Matsue. We highly recommend to try this place and see it as one of our best dining experiences of our trip to Japan.

I want to go for each season. I want to stay for a long time. I fried bamboo grass, croquette, sashimi, etc., but each was nice. I was imp。ed by the Matsue dinner.
