I use to come to the old Barraquinha Restaurant at Angeiras many years ago because of the fresh fish and near the beach informal dinning. This new house is just 100 meters from the old one. What xbnsp doesn't like about A Barraquinha Do Rijo:
It was once a better restaurant. It is coming down slowly. The food can be very good or not. The quality is varying a lot. The attendance also. Depending on where you sit, the service is awful. The bathroom is disgusting. Does the kitchen have a better cleaning than the bathroom? I hope so. The owner of this restaurant needs to wake up urgently or will lose his golden egg goose. I read the review of this restaurant here in Tripadvisor, but it was much better than i was expected!!! i truly recommend!
Had a great fresh sea bass for lunch, octopus, goose barnacles and clams! Very helpful staff and lovely bottle of vino verde! Thanks
