There is no problem with the store, but with the staff who have no respect for the customer, especially the cleaning staff. Our family loves the food, the drinks, the pricing, the air-conditioning but we do not feel safe and could not fully enjoy our time and our privacy! There are vendors, beggars and vagrants entering the place disturbing people: (1) Young people claiming to be students who need to augment their education expenses and offering overpriced items, (2) Children and adults asking for money, or (3) getting left-over food from table to table for a free meal. The staff would point the finger to the Riverbanks security if you complain, and the situation just goes on and on. KFC please do something about this. We go to your restaurant chain expecting an undisturbed private time to eat and rest a bit after an exhausting day at work. The staff needs to communicate more effectively and refrain from arguing with the customer about missing items in the order. The restroom had been out of order for a very long time now. Vegetarian options: We hope that this restaurant chain could offer affordable vegetable dishes.

2023: food is kfc so ok... but service is bad. They introduced their digital ordering kiosk. but only 1 terminal. So imagine that even during peak hours, only one kiosk will be used, their customers are not used to using it. the ending, long queue. I hope like what mcdo did that kiosks are allowed and traditional ordering is allowed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
