Wonderful restaurant in Matera. The staff had a very good understanding of celiac disease. I had to start the Prosciutto and Melone and then the steak had with Arugula and Parmesan for my head. I carry a celiac card with me and showed it to them when ordering. They beat a wonderful Gf cheesecake for dessert, who was fabulous! The house wine is cheap and tasty. Enjoy! View all feedback.

They have gluten free bread and pasta. Many seconds are naturally gluten free. They let me know they were boiling fresh water for my pasta. I ordered prosciutto and melon, one of the dishes with the local dried peppers ricotta cake for dessert. Very family friendly.
No GF menu but the staff knows about gluten. They provided a good gluten free bread. All the second I putative were gluten free and 3 choices of pasta. Good service.
