At first, you are taken by the place and the surroundings, but once inside, the place was cold, leaked water from the ceiling, and the cave was flaking on our heads. To help, the owners brought in space heaters to trip on saying they couldn't turn the heat on. Topping it off, the owners accused us of breaking a rickety wicker chair that was already broken and charged us for it. We didn't notice the broken chair till... View all feedback.
Struttura stupenda! Abbiamo soggiornato una notte ma ci è bastato per apprezzarla! Colazione ottima ed abbondante. La titolare Mariateresa è di una dolcezza infinita . La location è bellissima e le stanze sono stupende! Pulizia e ospitalità sono il TOP!
Le Dodici Lune è un posto incantevole. Vi alloggio ogni qualvolta sono a Matera, per lavoro o con la famiglia. Le camere ricavate nella roccia sono belle e confortevoli. I proprietari ed il personale gentilissimi. Un’esperienza che resta nel cuore, legata al fascino del luogo.
