No good experience in this restaurant. We visit Matera and were thrilled by all their veggie/vegan/healthy options. I asked the waiter about GF soup options and he told me that they were all GF, although two of them were clearly marked with full wheat paste. They were apologetic, but they clearly did not understand any precautions.

I was nervous but ordered a lentil option and again explained my celiac. Unfortunately the bowl came with a huge hunk of bread in it, so I did not feel comfortable eating there. They were apologetic but they clearly did not understand precautions.
