Il bar di Loris è una delle roccaforti di Matera, che nonostante il boom legato alla riscoperta turistica del centro e delle sue bellezze è rimasto un luogo sincero. Da Loris puoi bere una birra in un ambiente che suda rock o provare alcuni cocktail originali che danno fuoco alla serata (consigliatissimo il Lorisbynight).
