We came to dinner in this restaurant twice during our holiday in matera, from how impressed we were by the quality and goodness of the fish. Usually we always change restaurant on holiday, but for this we made an exception and this wants to say. raw and cooked, the fish of these guys is exceptional. perhaps little choice of second dishes, but what is in the menu is exquisite and some recipes present amazing combinations (such as black sepia linguine, cacio and pepper with red shrimp tartare, perhaps the best dish we tasted). the waitress and the cook are kind and very friendly. absolutely recommended!
