First there was Radicchio cake; shredded radicchio with s... read more I had read a TA review about the Three Tastings Antipasto this was amazing and I made it my main meal. First there was Radicchio cake; shredded radicchio with speck and pistachio nuts chopped finely, all bound with ricotta and baked amazing and I would like to reproduce it at home. Then there was bread balls on mash of potato and fava beans and finally a fig stuffed with honey flavoured ricotta. Perfection and beautifully presented. My husband had the veal cutlet which was huge and again perfectly cooked with fresh vegetables. The staff, although very busy, were very attentive and extremely helpful. A reservation is advisable. This is definately a go to dining experience while in Matera. So, good, in fact we have booked to go again.
