Had a late breakfast there, so the place was practically empty and I was able to talk to the fantastic owner. The service was very good. My taste in Mexican food is more New Mexico and El Paso than South Texas, so I just tried a big taco, I think with beef and eggs. I just can't remember the ingredients for sure.
