New Rooster Kitchen - Mastic Beach
New Rooster Kitchen
Description
At this restaurant, reviews reflect a stark divide in experiences. While some patrons rave about the succulent boneless ribs and the standout hot and sour soup, others lament over dry, flavorless dishes and dismal service. Highlights include a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, along with commendable offerings like milk tea and shrimp chow mein. However, misdelivered orders and overly salty meals have left some customers deeply dissatisfied. Regardless, the family-owned charm and community ties encourage many to embrace this local eatery, suggesting that every visit could be a gamble between culinary delight and disappointment.

We ordered the General Tso's chicken and Chicken and Broccoli. We do not recommend this restaurant at all. We had dinner here and the price per person was $30-50. The food was rated as a 1 out of 5.
Shrimp chow mien was straight salt water sauce. Soo much salt it sent me to the emergency room. And my heart and brain has not recovered in 3 days since I had 1 bite. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1
The food is not good, it tastes very bad and it is very expensive and the lady is very pedantic
This food was absolutely shameful I hated every single bite of this food at first bite I knew something was wrong we found hairs in the chicken and the damn meat buns were hella doughy and the meat was so small I could compare it to my fingernail and my fingernail would be bigger it's soggy as hell this was our first and last order 95 dollars wasted, food inspector is coming.
