Kfc - Massillon

My previous review.....Good tasting food.My updated review: I ordered a Famous Bowl with the chicken on the side extra gravy. I guess that also means no corn very little cheese. ?

Management staff is very unprofessional at this store. I will never go back.

Extremely rude. Came through ordered and asked if the 3 piece meal can be all breast they said yes. Get home not only was there only 2 breasts but they gave me mashed potatoes instead of the French fries. Called them the customer service was so poor went into the facility thinking it would be better the lady at the counter had the nerve to tell us that we weren’t charged extra so therefore next time makes sure it’s right before we drove away…. Um what??!?!?! That’s your job.

Everything was good as usual a little expensive but

My husband went through the drive thru to get one of their big bucket meals and was told they didn’t have enough chicken and would have to get tenders in place of the chicken they didn’t have. No discount offered and extremely rude
