Jimmy John's - Massillon

I consistently enjoy great sandwiches and excellent service at Jimmy John's. The Vito is my favorite—it’s always delicious! The staff is friendly, and we never have to wait long, especially since we usually use the drive-thru. Thank you, Jimmy John's, for being a reliable spot in these times when that's hard to come by!

I can't say enough good things about the delivery drivers for this store. Of all the stores I have dealt with, since moving to Massillon and ordering from the Massillon store, I have never had delivery drivers that was so professional and courteous. They always have a smile on their face and have a positive attitude when speaking. If more of the stores would have THIS kind of drivers working, it would definitely not go under appreciated. Thank you so much for have such pleasant employees working there.
