Dunkin' - Massillon

These are the best dunkin donuts. You actually take their time when the drinks and the whole taste you expect to get when you order your drink it is. In any case, it is worth driving a few minutes from my way to this Dunkin, as the one who goes down the road from me.

Love this dunkin, great workers, great service. Sometimes they drive thru line can take awhile though. Still 5 stars

Employees were to invested in whatever conversation they were having to make sure my order was complete. Half the food was missing which they gave me on the 2nd trip to location. Unfortunately, what I got on the first trip was also wrong. Guess it'son me for not checking the food before returning. Also, paid with debit card not given a receipt nor asked if I wanted one. Iunderstand mistakes happen but I'm very disappointed with my experience.

They never seem to have the donuts that you want the cough is generally too cold you're better off going to McDonald's

I ordered here for the first time today and had a great experience! The food tastes wonderful specifically the pumpkin donut: it?s so dang good , the atmosphere inside is very quiet and peaceful, and the cashier serving me was very patient and cheery.I?ll definitely be coming here more often!
