As much as I love the Village Inn in Massena, this site has nothing to do with it. The address and telephone number is correct, but the menu is terrible wrong and I hope the previous comment. I have never seen them be rude and I would expect the owner to go over to a table with a flashlight. I wish you would return to the restaurant to try again. Maybe something had happened before. Not to make excuses if this happens to you unfortunately, but it's really the best restaurant in Northern NY.
Before reading this review, I would like to bring it to the public that the day after I published this same review on another popular website, the owner of the restaurant (same woman you will read above below) called my parents house about 6 times in a row. My mother finally replied after a while after ignoring the trouble. The woman immediately began complaining about my review, insisting that she does something to bring me to take it, etc.... She was extremely rude and restless and began screaming my mother over me. She tried to intimidate my parents. This woman also said that she would print the following review, attach my name to it and put it in her restaurant. I don't see how this will be positive for their business, but for each one. I think this person was under the wrong impression that I live with my parents and am much younger than I am. In my book was the harassment. My mother was upset after the conversation. I don't even know how she knew my parents' names. Oh, and add another note. During her conversation with my mother, the owner of my mother tried to say that a fillet mignon is a very hard and dry piece of meat. I don't like a fillet and it's just gonna eat with a sauce. How do you own a restaurant and NOT know that a fillet mignon is about the most tsarcastic piece of steak you can get?
