Hole in the wall, busy place. Delicious. My family is Italian and forever new York we've lived in the Bronx ,Brooklyn and Staten. This is delicious a little different. no flop, delicious undercarriage and exceptional flavor. We are on a pizza marathon since calling the south shore our new home this week. We have been on the hunt all week every meal for the best pizzas. This is a top contender 8.0/10 View all feedback.
What Philip Zalon doesn't like about Via Roma Pizza:
Pizza was so-so. A bit oily. Had to soak it up with a napkin. Which is gross. Service was good. Eight tables, so plenty of room to sit and eat. Well lit. Plenty of parking out front. Huge shipping center. Small bathroom in rear. Not the cleanest bathroom. But it worked. View all feedback.
Smallest slice of pizza I've ever seen. I ordered a regular slice abd it was a super thin like cracker.

Had an amazing experience. Had an issue with our meal and the owner was more than apologetic. He even gave a replacement meal all at no charge. The bonus was that food was delicious. Will definitely return.
Pizza is very good, but the service is garbage. Got to be the most miserable bunch of employees/owner I've met in a pizza place.
