Ultra Lanes Massapequa

Ultra Lanes Massapequa is a great bowling alley. It's clean and the service is excellent. The staff is very attentive and the food is delicious. It's great for bowling with your friends and also with your kids. No reason to bowl anywhere else.

This is best bowling alley ever!!! My group of friends and I come every Thursday to bowl and the employees are very accommodating and welcoming! They let us play our music and they are so excited when we come every week. We love it here!! I highly recommend this bowling alley for all your party and social gathering needs! :

This bowling place is an excellent place for adults and kids! Lots of activities for kids! They have exceptional customer service and are always available to help and answer questions.

Fun colorful lights. good prices and they do a lot of good holiday specials me and the fam come for. i like that they have local breweries beer at the bar and it’s just super vibey. the blonde girl at the front was super nice and helpful

This is the worst place to come bowl not because of the lanes but because of the people working here. The girl up front with dark hair is one of the most unhappy rude people I've ever had to deal with. No hi how are you... You walk in and stand there for 5 min while she ignores you. There is also no food or drinks here. No warning of when you do order drinks that they aren't going to bring it to you. Then THEY WONT EVEN REFUND YOU. They have no way of pulling up the order. Manager wouldn't even speak to me. Blatenly try to avoid your issue. What kind of customer service is this. Parking lot is filthy. I would never come back here again and will be advising people to do the same. Just shut it down already.
