Probably the best dinner I've ever had. attention to details from the chefs and the table from the staff of the room who define the superlatives can not do the idea. the dishes are served in a simple but elegant way, and are all made of selected raw materials, or even produced in the house and the authenticity of each product is felt at every mouth. As it is obvious to expect, prices are higher than average, but this should not be as a surprise to anyone who decides to dine under the stars. Those michelines, I mean. However, I assure you that the value of money is more than satisfactory and reasonable, and also the portions are generous, and not from the nouvelle kitchen. In short, for those who love really good food, I recommend you do this culinary experience, make yourself a nice gift. It is true, it costs a little, but after the coffee you understand clearly where those extra € are finished. and you will thank you.
Easy to give the stars to this restaurant, but I must say that a simple numerical assessment does not provide a real assessment of the experience that you enjoy in this magical corner of the peninsula. elegance not sliced like those restaurants where you feel scrutinized by the waiters, but you seem strange to the house of a dear friend, from which you were missing for too long,Covid /non covid and that you finally had the opportunity to meet again. .relaksed and quiet in a well-lit but not blinding environment, where also soundproofing is kept in an appropriate account. many less stroic but more pre-defined premises do not cure this aspect, so you risk eating fast, without paying attention to what you are eating. here, on the contrary, the appearance of the noise and wellness of guests is considered to ensure an exclusive experience! Do I have to talk about food? I add some photos because words are not enough. visit the wineries not to be missed and soon to see us for their wonderful cooking courses, an experience to give to the companions to make the husbands happy too!

The restaurant is very nice, surrounded by a lovely garden and embellished by a unique cellar, the reception of the owners is warm, the meal is the quintessential of the southern cuisine. delicious appetizers, including the original pink noodles that accompanied the eel ice cream; special sepia fillings; extraordinary both the vanilla cernia and the priest's hat with orange wasabi on the pumpkin bed. unique in the strong traces of the wines, which however justify themselves with the amazing vastness and care of the winery, as well as the desserts that have only partially convinced us. the meal remains in any case a memorable experience, enriched by the passion of those who of this restaurant make a living place, as well as a true reference point at international level. P.S. Breakfast is a real treat: simply delicious the croissants, the jams with mulberry and bitter, but also the graffe and the sweet pastry stuffed with bitter jam.
