The elderly African American lady who claimed to be a... read more On April 6th, 2022, at 8:20 pm, I experienced the worst service I have ever witnessed at this restaurant. The elderly African American lady who claimed to be a manager had the demeanor of a teenager. We had a coupon for a free dessert, but she became upset when we didn't mention it over the loudspeaker. It was clear that we were not the only ones frustrated by their behavior as we noticed the entire staff looking at us. When we requested to speak to someone else, she refused and became confrontational. I will never return to this establishment. It is imperative that someone takes action and investigates this matter.

When I tried to get it fixed, they gave me regular double stack burgers without speck. I was so disappointed that I decided to leave.

I understand there may be a shortage of staff, but a person who came out of the dining room told me to just give up because there were three employees standing around talking. They also refused to take his order.
