We were served quickly and efficiently and the free frosty jr (for a year after he donated $2 to the dave thomas adoptions fund) really hit the place.

I consistently receive cold food from platz. I was the only customer there at the time. I had to wait for my lunch and when it finally arrived, it was cold, not room temperature, but cold. This has now happened to me on three separate visits to this specific restaurant. I will not be returning to this place again.

At 7:00 pm, I requested a frosty chino but was told by the staff that it was too late to have coffee and they refused to serve me. There was no one else in line, so it wasn't because they were busy. This lack of service made me feel like they were just being lazy. Additionally, they also apparently served their vanilla soft serve in a way that I found unacceptable. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered a baked potato with the butter on the side. It was overcooked and discolored.

The woman who commands us has cut us off before we have made the order and sent us to the first window. said the guy in the first window that we were not ordered and he sent us into the second window. the personal took our command in a courtesy heart house and then massified the command. we said the woman sweet tee, she repeated it back to confirm, then gave usweet tea. when we asked for our acknowledgement, they acted as if it were the end of the world.
